2021 Training Plan

 Our friends at the Hamilton Run Club have put together a training plan to help you get ready for our 5K Race. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an experienced runner, this plan is designed for both levels. Current runners should follow Plan A and beginner runners should follow Plan B.
